EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGE 

At FLÖRA, we have 14 days (after received) exchange policy, . However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Size exchanges are allowed and exchange to other item.

2. Product can’t be returned if used or washed, tag must be on and delivered in same condition as it came.

3. Exchanging cost will be payed by the costumer.

REFUND
FORM OF INFORMATION ON THE RIGHTS OF REFUND

When this form is correctly completed, the information required under Section 8, first paragraph letters h, i and j, and second paragraph of the Norwegian Right of Refund Act is considered to be provided.

 

RIGHT OF REFUND

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

If any damage occurs because unreasonable use like not following care instructions, you will not have the right to refund. Natural materials need special care. Natural materials are prone to shrinkage if not washed properly, wrinkling and  expansion over time.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at hey.flora@outlook.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract in a clear statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

EFFECTS OF REFUND

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We reserve the right to withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods.

Without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

The products that are purchased via the website should arrive safely without damage. If the buyer discovers damage to the product in the form of either production or shipping damage, this must be informed within 5 days after arrival. The right of withdrawal can be used if damage has occurred during shipping or production.
