Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

How to track your order If you have selected a tracked shipping method, your email will include a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly at www.posten.no.

Important Information

  • Activation Time: Please note that it can take up to 24 hours from the time you receive your shipment notification until the tracking link becomes active.

  • Tracked vs. Untracked: For our European customers, we offer both tracked and untracked shipping. If you chose the untracked option, no tracking information will be generated, and the status of the package cannot be monitored.

  • Delivery Inquiries: Once a package has been handed over to the courier, they hold full responsibility for its transit and delivery. If you have questions regarding the status or location of your package, we recommend contacting Posten directly. As the carrier, they have access to more detailed information than we do regarding the physical location of your shipment.
