European Shipping Options
For orders within Europe, you can choose between two methods:

Tracked Shipping: Provides full visibility and insurance for your journey.

Standard (Untracked): A more affordable option for smaller orders.
How long will it take to get my order? Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Will I have to pay customs? If you are ordering from outside of Norway, your package may be subject to local import taxes. These are handled by your local customs office and are not covered by FLÖRA.
What happens if my package is lost? As stated in our policy, once the courier takes possession of the package, the responsibility lies with them. For peace of mind, we always recommend choosing Tracked Shipping at checkout.
How much will shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please note that once your order has been dispatched and is in the possession of the carrier, FLÖRA is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. In the event that a shipment is lost in transit, the responsibility lies solely with the courier service. By selecting untracked shipping, you acknowledge that FLÖRA cannot provide updates, compensation, or replacements for items that do not arrive. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked service to ensure your pieces are protected.
