EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Exchanges are not free of charge.

Return charges will be payed back if return conditions are made.

  • For partial order refunds, you are refunded for returned items, not the return shipping fee

  • For full order refunds, you are refunded for all items and any outbound shipping fees paid

 

Returning items

Returns must be shipped or postmarked within 30 days of being received for European countrys, and 14 days for everywhere else. Returned goods must be returned in unused condition with all original packaging intact. 

To return items for exchange or refund, email us at hey.flora@outlook.com with your e-mail address, full name, country, reason and order number to receive instructions on how to return your items, select items for exchange or refund.

Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for made to order garments.

Exchanging items

You can exchange any item for the same style in a different color or size, as long as it is in stock. If you wish to exchange it for a different style, we kindly ask that you return the item for a refund and place a separate order for the new garment.

If return items are not received by FLORA, customers have to recompense for them.

If any damage occurs because unreasonable use like not following care instructions, you will not have the right to refund. Natural materials need special care. Natural materials are prone to shrinkage if not washed properly, wrinkling and  expansion over time.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.
