Social media is flooded with edited faces and distorted bodies, but the fashion industry is often the loudest offender. For decades, brands have been retouching people under the guise of “professionalism,” as if a paycheck somehow makes the deception okay.

The danger lies in repetition. When a single, impossible standard is shown to us a thousand times a day, it starts to feel normal. Comparison becomes automatic. Bodies are turned into “projects,” and faces are treated like “problems” to be solved. The more polished the image, the further we drift from reality, and from ourselves.

We refuse to contribute to that cycle. We want to spark a new wave: not to be perfect, but to be real. By showing skin and bodies exactly as they are.
